Step 1
No two injuries are the same, which is why at your first appointment our expert physios will go through a comprehensive interview and physical assessment to accurately diagnose the problem. We will then talk you through your diagnosis to ensure that you fully understand your condition. We believe that this is one of the most important steps in the treatment process.

Step 2
Once you have this understanding, we can make a treatment plan that fits your goals and needs. Obviously this is different for everyone – some people would like to return to high level sport while others just want to be pain free during their normal daily activities. We take all of this in to consideration to come up with a plan that will help you reach those goals as quickly as possible.

Step 3
We then use a combination of hands-on techniques like soft tissue release and joint mobilisations (not harsh cracking), the latest in rehabilitative technology and the prescription of tailored exercise programs, as well as services such as acupuncture, pilates, massage and hydrotherapy if needed. We also work closely with local GPs, radiologists and specialists if any further referrals are required.

During your appointment your physio will spend 30 minutes with you to ensure that you are getting the best possible treatment and value for money.
